Guest return process
- Click Here to create and print a prepaid return label.
- Enter your order number in the Reference Number box.
- Include the following information in the box with the item(s) you are returning:
- Your name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Adhere the prepaid shipping label to the package.
Packages being returned using the prepaid shipping label can be sent via USPS®* or your nearby FedEx®* drop-off location. Postage is not necessary if mailed in the United States using the prepaid shipping label.

How long does the return process take?
Expect the return process to take up to 11 business days when using an Amway return label. If returning product via another shipping method, it can take up to 17 business days for Amway to process the refund. - Complete and print a Merchandise Return Form and include in box with items you are returning.
- Complete and print the prepaid return label, including the order number when requested, to attach to the outside of the package.
- Returns must be made via Canada Post. If you’re asked for a Canada Post ID number, please use PR430460. For items over $100, we recommend you insure the package, however you will not be reimbursed.
