Product Status Definitions


  • The item is currently unavailable.
  • Can be added to an order and will ship as soon as merchandise becomes available.
  • Expected availability dates shown are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Backorders will automatically be canceled if the product is not available in 45 days.
  • You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. To cancel your item on backorder, go to Order History, locate the order and click the Cancel option next to the backordered item.

In Stock:

  • Item is available and can be added to an order.

No Longer Available (NLA):

  • Item has been discontinued; stock may be available from your IBO.
  • Any suggested replacements are at the top of the NLA product page. Items will remain searchable on the site for a period of time after discontinuation.

Temporarily Out-of-Stock (TOS):

  • Item is currently unavailable and cannot be placed on an order.
  • TOS items on a DITTOTM order will be removed automatically before processing.
  • Any suggested replacements are at the top of the TOS product page.
  • We do not waive shipping fees due to temporarily out-of-stock items.
