Check Your Email

• After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Check this email for order details.
• Once your order is on its way, we’ll send another email with all the shipping info, including a link to track your package.

Use the Guest Order Search
1. Visit the Guest Order Search page (for the US, Canada). 
2. Enter your order number, email address and ship-to zip code.
3. Click the “View Order” button to view all the details about your order including its current status.

Track Shipment
On the order details page, you’ll find links to track your shipment. Click on these to see where your package is and when it is expected to arrive.
