Amway does not deliver products directly to the Mid-Atlantic and Caribbean regions. For delivery to these regions, you must contact a Freight Forwarder who will receive the shipment and forward it to these locations. Amway does not recommend specific companies for this service.
The IBO or Customer placing the order with Amway will need to indicate a delivery address within the continental United States. The IBO or Customer must make arrangements with the Freight Forwarder for shipments outside of the United States. Individual Freight Forwarder charges will vary and are the responsibility of the ordering IBO or Customer using the Freight Forwarder service.
Orders shipping to a Freight Forwarder’s address must have the IBO’s and the Freight Forwarder’s names included in the shipping address.
It is necessary to use a Freight Forwarder to ship merchandise to the following offshore locations: Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Bahamas Islands, Barbados, Barbuda, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Dominica, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Netherland Special Municipalities (Bonaire, St. Eustatius, Saba), Nevis, Peter Island, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, St. Vincent, Trinidad, Tobago and Tortola, Turks and Caicos.
