For your security, when a password is incorrectly entered five times the system will lock your account for 10 minutes. Your account will automatically unlock after the 10-minute period and you can enter the correct password information.
To change your password:
- Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the Amway Website.
- Select Sign In.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your Amway ID (your email address or phone number) If you used a phone number, you will automatically be sent a passcode via SMS.
- You’ll get a 6-digit verification code by email or text. Enter this code in the
“Verification Code” box. - Click “Verify.”
- Now create a new password. It should be at least 12 characters long, including at least one letter and one number. You cannot use your previous three passwords.
- Re-enter your new password and click “Submit.”
NOTE: Never share your Amway ID or password with anyone else.
