For your security, when a password is incorrectly entered five times the system will lock your account for 10 minutes. Your account will automatically unlock after the 10-minute period and you can enter the correct password information.

To change your password:

  1. Click on Sign In at the top right corner of the Amway Website.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Select Forgot Password.
  4. Enter your Amway ID (your email address or phone number) If you used a phone number, you will automatically be sent a passcode via SMS.
  5. You’ll get a 6-digit verification code by email or text. Enter this code in the
    “Verification Code”  box.
  6. Click “Verify.”
  7. Now create a new password. It should be at least 12 characters long, including at least one letter and one number. You cannot use your previous three passwords.
  8. Re-enter your new password and click “Submit.”

NOTE: Never share your Amway ID or password with anyone else.
