Reset Password

For your security, when a password is incorrectly entered multiple times the system will lock your account. Please allow at least an hour before entering the correct password information. 

To change your password:

  1. Select the Sign In drop-down at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Sign In and then Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your Amway ID (your email address or phone number) If you used a phone number, you will automatically be sent a passcode via SMS.
  4. You’ll get a 6-digit verification code by email or text. Enter this code in the
    “Verification Code”  box.
  5. Click “Verify.”
  6. Create a new password. It should be at least 12 characters long, including at least one letter and one number. You cannot use your previous three passwords.
  7. Re-enter your new password and “Submit.”

NOTE: Never share your Amway ID or password with anyone else.
