  • Shipping Lead Time Promise Program

    Lead Time Promise is the total time from order placement to door delivery. Amway has shipping preferences, giving customers faster delivery. By creating IBO and customer specific experiences we are better able to deliver on our customer’s need for speed, convenience, flexibility and tracking.

    The following options apply to all contiguous U.S. states.
    The “math magic” that helps us get those delivery dates is dependent on cut-off times. For example, an order placed before 3 p.m. ET will take a true 5 business days. However, orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will calculate the next business day and appear to take 6 business days.

    Explanation of Delivery Signature Requirements and Fees

    New York law requires an adult (18+) signature and proof of age upon delivery of certain dietary supplements making “weight loss” or “muscle building” claims. The additional fee covers handling costs and will be shown in the cart at checkout.

    If no one over 18 is available to sign at delivery, FedEx® will reattempt delivery two times. If the driver cannot obtain a signature on any attempt, FedEx will hold the package for pickup at a local FedEx location for up to 10 calendar days. Recipients picking up a package at a FedEx location must show valid proof of identification (e.g., a valid driver's license, passport, or U.S. Military ID) and sign for the package.

    If the order isn’t picked up at the local FedEx location within 10 days, it will be returned, and Amway will process refunds for the product price. Shipping fees and surcharges will not be refunded.  

    We are unable to deliver impacted products to PO Boxes in the state of New York.

    NOTE: An additional fee of $1.50 will be automatically added to products that weigh 6-10 lbs. For products that weigh over 10 lbs., an additional fee of $10.00 will be automatically added. While the surcharge is a per unit cost, it will also impact some bulk orders such as pallets of XS™ Energy Drinks.

    Please note that if a customer meets the free shipping threshold offered through the AmPerks Customer Rewards Program, they will still be awarded free shipping but will be assessed for this surcharge if their order contains any of the impacted products.

  • The Flat Rate program simplifies shipping by establishing costs based on service level rather than order size. The Flat Rate program includes DITTO™ scheduled orders.**

    Premium: Delivery within 2 business days unless otherwise specified. Available on orders weighing 30 lbs. or less. Hazard code and other shipping restrictions may apply.

    NOTE: Delivery charges are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied to delivery charges according to federal and provincial sales tax laws.

    An additional fee of $2.00 will be automatically added to products that weigh 6-10 lbs. For products that weigh over 10 lbs., an additional fee of $13.00 will be automatically added.

    Please note that if a customer meets the free shipping threshold offered through the AmPerks Customer Rewards Program, they will still be awarded free shipping but will be assessed for this surcharge if their order contains any of the impacted products.


    *Available in all provinces and territories. Shipments to Remote Areas: An area is deemed to be remote if deliveries cannot be made by ground year-round. Contact Customer Service (customer.service.ca@amway.com) at 800-265-5470 to determine if an area is deemed remote. All orders for remote areas will be assessed with a delivery fee of $37. There is no free shipping into remote areas. We reserve the right to refuse to ship by ground if the costs are expensive and prohibitive.
