How to Return an Order as a Guest

CAUTION! -Aerosols, Bleaches, Perfumes, Mouthwash, Hairspray and products with rechargeable batteries are subject to special return instructions. Do not return any of these products without first contacting Customer Service.

Items that were shipped separately by truck should not be returned to Amway. Contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • Guest Return Process

    1. Click Here to create and print a prepaid return label.
    2. Enter your order number in the Reference Number box.
    3. Include the following information in the box with the item(s) you are returning:
      • Your name
      • Phone Number
      • Email Address
      • Order Number
      • Reason for Return
    4. Adhere the prepaid shipping label to the package.

    Packages being returned using the prepaid shipping label can be sent via USPS®* or your nearby FedEx®* drop-off location. Postage is not necessary if mailed in the United States using the prepaid shipping label.

    We are not liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our returns facility. Please keep the following items for your records:

    • Shipping Records.
    • Tracking Numbers on the return labels.
    • Receipt you receive when you drop off your package to a carrier.

    How long does the return process take?
    Expect the return process to take up to 11 business days when using an Amway return label. If returning product via another shipping method, it can take up to 17 business days for Amway to process the refund. Once the refund has been processed by Amway, the amount of time for it to appear on a credit card or bank statement will vary depending on the financial institution.

  • For Guest checkouts without an Amway account, follow these steps:

    1. Complete and print a Merchandise Return Form and include in box with items you are returning.
    2. Complete and print the Online Return label, including the order number when requested, to attach to the outside of the package.
    3. Returns must be made via Canada Post (Regular Parcel Post). If you're asked for a Canada Post ID number, please use PR430460. For items over $100, we recommend you insure the package, however you will not be reimbursed.
    4. Send the package to the address below:
